Shanghai Nat holds 12370000 shares, accounting for 5.9966% of the company's total share capital, and Shanghai Hongsheng holds 10900000 shares, accounting for 5.2840% of the company's total share capital. Xiamen Hanyun holds 16500000 shares, accounting for 7.9987% of the company's total share capital, while Ningbo Hutong holds 12370000 shares, accounting for 5.9966% of the company's total share capital. After this change of rights and interests, Xizang Dejin and his concerted actor Tongtai Wan held a total of 68024193 shares of the company, accounting for 32.9762% of the company's total share capital.
